We provide a comprehensive 30-day return window from the exact date of your parcel delivery. To qualify for a full restitution or platform swap, returned devices must remain in their original, unopened matte packaging with the security seal intact.

⚡ Damaged, Non-Functioning, or Defective Units

Our Smart LCD multi-display chassis are calibrated under strict room standards. However, if a device arrives with a technical malfunction or transport damage, please email support@caffeinevape.com with digital proof. We will dispatch an immediate replacement unit with priority shipping at zero additional cost to you.

💳 Processing Your Restitution

Once your returned package is scanned at our logistic terminal, inspections are processed within 3 business days. Approved credits will be released directly to your original payment route (Shopify Payments / Credit Instrument). Processing gateways typically take 5-7 bank days to display balances.
